Hi again all,
This is my second image from my marathon imaging week.
Only a total of 9hrs (3hrs per channel Ha,SII and OIII) Consisting of a mixture of 15 and 10 minute exposures.
Sky conditions where poor with high haze/thin cloud resulting a poor signal but I think the image has come out ok.

Tried some new processing techniques on this one to bring out the dark dust in the Pacman. For some reason the colour displayed on the web is different than on the pc (a bit less vibrant) I think this may be due to using a different working colour profile within photoshop so as to get better colour rendition from my printer.Though I am trying to tone down the hubble palette slightly, so as not be as "garish" as it some times can come across.

Anyway here he is, for a small aperture scope I think it's got some nice detail.

Clear skies,

Matt.

Very nice, anyone would think we'd had a week of clear skies, what with all these quality images being posted.
