Hello HERAS board member,

This is a new category.  I have created it to allow us to collect together discussion about the talks we give on a Monday night.  I will put up summaries, additional information and links to the talks (this won't really start until next season) and, hopefully, spur on some debate afterwards.

Any comments regarding the talks would also be appreciated. Are they too technical / not enough? Are the subjects of interest?
