Needless to say, there has actually been an INCREASE in funding...and it's all just a matter of bad book-keeping by the SRC, but then the PM would never lie would he?

The report of the committee investigating the funding cuts has been released here and it looks like the STFC has received the ticking off that it so richly deserved.

I only wish that there were some good means by which sort of result ought to be fed back to those who penned the response to that petition to let them know exactly how rubbish an answer it actually was.
