If the fog ever lifts, it's currently possible to see both the shuttle, and the ISS at a reasonable hour...the data is from the NASA website, which also has a real-time tracker...good luck...

I noticed that the timings etc haven't formatted very well, so I've added them as an attachment at the bottom...
